Worthycademy Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WorthyCademy services. By enrolling, accessing platforms, or making payments, you legally agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must:

1. 1. Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
   2. Provide accurate personal information
   3. Use the platform lawfully
   4. Not impersonate others
   5. Fraudulent accounts will be terminated without refund.

2. Program Structure & Pricing

2.1 Program Options

1. 1. Single Track Enrollment
      1. BASIC — ₦30,000 (1 month)
      2. PLUS — ₦60,000 (3 months)
      3. PRO — ₦100,000 (3 months)
   2. Dual Track Bundles (VA + CS)
      1. BASIC Bundle — ₦50,000
      2. PLUS Bundle — ₦100,000
      3. PRO Bundle — ₦160,000
   3. Students receive:
      1. Full access to both tracks
      2. Combined learning resources
      3. Two separate certificates upon completion
      4. Pricing may change without prior notice. Existing paid students retain their pricing.

2.2 Payment Plans

1. 1. Installment options may be offered at our discretion.
   2. Failure to complete installments may result in suspension of access without refund.
   3. Certificates will not be issued until all payments are completed.

2.3 Discounts & Promotions

1. 1. Discounts are limited-time and non-transferable.
   2. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
   3. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Enrollment Process

3.1 Enrollment is confirmed only when:

1. 1. Registration form is completed
   2. Payment is confirmed
   3. Student is added to the cohort

4. No Refund Policy

4.1 All payments are strictly non-refundable once:

1. 1. Access credentials are issued OR
   2. Student is added to any group OR
   3. Training materials are accessed
   4. No exceptions for personal circumstances.

5. Attendance & Participation

5.1 Students must:

1. 1. Attend sessions
   2. Complete assignments
   3. Follow timelines
   4. Engage respectfully
   5. Persistent absenteeism may lead to suspension.

6. Certification Requirements

6.1 Certificates require:

1. 1. Minimum attendance
   2. Assignment completion
   3. Payment completion
   4. Compliance with conduct rules
   5. WorthyCademy reserves the right to withhold certificates

7. Job Outcomes Disclaimer

7.1 Employment probabilities (40–60%, 70–80%, 100%) reflect historical trends and projections, NOT guarantees.

7.2 We do not guarantee:

1. 1. Employment
   2. Income level
   3. Client acquisition
   4. Visa eligibility
   5. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All materials remain the intellectual property of WorthyCademy.

8.2 You may not:

1. 1. Record sessions without permission
   2. Distribute materials
   3. Sell or share content
   4. Use for commercial training
   5. Violations may lead to legal action.

9. Recording Consent

9.1 Sessions may be recorded for:

1. 1. Educational use
   2. Quality assurance
   3. Marketing excerpts
   4. You grant permission to appear in recordings.

10. Community Conduct

10.1 Zero tolerance for:

1. 1. Harassment
   2. Hate speech
   3. Plagiarism
   4. Spam
   5. Disruption
   6. Poaching students
   7. Solicitation
   8. False claims
   9. Violations may lead to removal without refund.

11. Platform Access

11.1 Access may be suspended for:

1. 1. Non-payment
   2. Misconduct
   3. Security risk
   4. Abuse
   5. Technical violations

12. Technical Limitations

12.1 We are not liable for:

1. 1. Internet failures
   2. Platform downtime
   3. Power outages
   4. Third-party failures
   5. Force majeure events

13. Testimonials & Publicity

You grant permission for your feedback, images, and success stories to be used for marketing unless you opt out.

14. Termination

14.1 WorthyCademy is not liable for:

1. 1. Personal losses
   2. Business losses
   3. Opportunity costs
   4. Third-party disputes
   5. External platform failures

We may terminate accounts for violations without refund.

Disputes shall be resolved first via mediation. Jurisdiction is Nigeria.
