Worthycademy Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WorthyCademy services. By enrolling, accessing platforms, or making payments, you legally agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
- Provide accurate personal information
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not impersonate others
- Fraudulent accounts will be terminated without refund.
2. Program Structure & Pricing
2.1 Program Options
- Single Track Enrollment
- BASIC — ₦30,000 (1 month)
- PLUS — ₦60,000 (3 months)
- PRO — ₦100,000 (3 months)
- Dual Track Bundles (VA + CS)
- BASIC Bundle — ₦50,000
- PLUS Bundle — ₦100,000
- PRO Bundle — ₦160,000
- Students receive:
- Full access to both tracks
- Combined learning resources
- Two separate certificates upon completion
- Pricing may change without prior notice. Existing paid students retain their pricing.
- Single Track Enrollment
2.2 Payment Plans
- Installment options may be offered at our discretion.
- Failure to complete installments may result in suspension of access without refund.
- Certificates will not be issued until all payments are completed.
2.3 Discounts & Promotions
- Discounts are limited-time and non-transferable.
- Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
- Promotions may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Enrollment Process
3.1 Enrollment is confirmed only when:
- Registration form is completed
- Payment is confirmed
- Student is added to the cohort
4. No Refund Policy
4.1 All payments are strictly non-refundable once:
- Access credentials are issued OR
- Student is added to any group OR
- Training materials are accessed
- No exceptions for personal circumstances.
5. Attendance & Participation
5.1 Students must:
- Attend sessions
- Complete assignments
- Follow timelines
- Engage respectfully
- Persistent absenteeism may lead to suspension.
6. Certification Requirements
6.1 Certificates require:
- Minimum attendance
- Assignment completion
- Payment completion
- Compliance with conduct rules
- WorthyCademy reserves the right to withhold certificates
7. Job Outcomes Disclaimer
7.1 Employment probabilities (40–60%, 70–80%, 100%) reflect historical trends and projections, NOT guarantees.
7.2 We do not guarantee:
- Employment
- Income level
- Client acquisition
- Visa eligibility
- Results depend on individual effort and market conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials remain the intellectual property of WorthyCademy.
8.2 You may not:
- Record sessions without permission
- Distribute materials
- Sell or share content
- Use for commercial training
- Violations may lead to legal action.
9. Recording Consent
9.1 Sessions may be recorded for:
- Educational use
- Quality assurance
- Marketing excerpts
- You grant permission to appear in recordings.
10. Community Conduct
10.1 Zero tolerance for:
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Plagiarism
- Spam
- Disruption
- Poaching students
- Solicitation
- False claims
- Violations may lead to removal without refund.
11. Platform Access
11.1 Access may be suspended for:
- Non-payment
- Misconduct
- Security risk
- Abuse
- Technical violations
12. Technical Limitations
12.1 We are not liable for:
- Internet failures
- Platform downtime
- Power outages
- Third-party failures
- Force majeure events
13. Testimonials & Publicity
You grant permission for your feedback, images, and success stories to be used for marketing unless you opt out.

14.1 WorthyCademy is not liable for:
- Personal losses
- Business losses
- Opportunity costs
- Third-party disputes
- External platform failures
